Joni Krasusky, Director

As Director of Connecticut InFocus, Cashman + Katz's award-winning, state-of-the-art focus group facility, Joni Krasusky brings years of experience successfully managing focus groups and other aspects of research projects to a diverse clientele.

Joni first joined the Connecticut InFocus team in 2003 as a hostess, where she first honed her skills in meeting the needs of clients. After being promoted to Associate Director in 2005, she now currently heads up the entire facility - where she actively oversees the daily management from ordering supplies - to strategic marketing, invoices and payroll. Joni’s methodical and meticulous approach is essential to every research project, including everything from developing a screener and finding the exact respondents to creating the perfect atmosphere for the client.

Joni has a degree in Family Studies from the University of Connecticut as well as a degree in Interior Design from Becker College. She lives in Amston with her husband Roger, and three young children, Marisa, Andrew and Natalie.
