Qualitative Research Case Study | Mock Jury CONCERN: Leading into a breach of contract case, we need to gage general publics understanding of complex case and financial issues. RESPONSE: Conducted mock jury to present technical pieces of the defense case to gain advantage in the courtroom when presenting the case. Also determined the potential damages that could be awarded. IMPACT: After findings proved that the potential damages were likely to be no more than the proposed settlement, the trial team gained distinct advantage in the courtroom when presenting case and was able to overcome the knowledge gap of the jury pool.
