CONCERN:
We have a new version of our most popular deep dish pizza. How will we know if our customers like it and purchase it? Will we be able to branch out to the Tween market with this new product?
RESPONSE:
Conducted two days of Taste Tests. The first day current consumers will try blind versions of the new product. The second day will focus on potential consumers from the Tween market.
IMPACT:
Armed with the reactions from both taste test groups, the company was able to market their new product to the Tween market without confusing current consumers with a change in direction.
